1. Introduction: Welcome to the RealBitz Earners Circle Sign-Up Challenge! This challenge gives you the opportunity to win prizes while sharing our program and recruiting people to your network. By participating, you agree to all the rules outlined below.
2. Challenge Period: The challenge begins on January 19, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM (Brasília time) on February 22, 2025.
3. EligibilityThe challenge is open to residents of Brazil who are 18 years or older.Employees of RealBitz, business partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Participate: Sign up for the RealBitz Earners Circle using the official link provided.Share your unique referral link to recruit new people.Earn points based on the following system:
1 point for each person you directly recruit.
1 point for each person recruited by your direct referrals.
Recruitment will be counted until the end of the challenge period.
5. Prizes: The three participants with the highest points at the end of the challenge will win:1st Place: R$1,000 (one thousand reais).2nd Place: R$500 (five hundred reais).3rd Place: R$250 (two hundred and fifty reais).
6. Tiebreaker Criteria: In case of a tie in the number of points, the participant who reached the final number of points first will be considered the winner.
7. Recruitment Validation Rules: Only valid recruits will be counted. A recruit is considered valid if they:Complete the full registration in the Earners Circle.Confirm their registration email.Remain active on the platform until the end of the challenge.Fake, duplicate, or inactive recruits will be disqualified.
8. Announcement of Winners: Winners will be announced by March 1, 2025.Winners will be notified via email or direct message and must respond within 7 business days to claim their prizes.
9. Prize PaymentPrizes will be paid via bank transfer or another method agreed upon between RealBitz and the winner.Payment will be made within 14 days after the winner’s confirmation.
10. General Terms and Conditions: RealBitz reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the challenge rules or uses dishonest practices, such as creating fake accounts.Participation in the challenge implies full acceptance of these rules.This challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.RealBitz is not responsible for technical issues that may prevent participation in the challenge.
11. Privacy Policy: By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for challenge administration. Your data will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.
12. Tax Responsibility: All applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. RealBitz will assist with any necessary documentation.
13. Dispute Resolution: In the event of disputes regarding these rules, RealBitz reserves the right to make the final decision, which shall be binding on all participants.
14. Fraud Prevention: RealBitz reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of fraud, including the use of fake accounts, bots, or other dishonest practices.
15. Liability: RealBitz is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or circumstances outside our control that may affect participation.
16. Publicity Release: By participating, winners consent to RealBitz using their names and likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
